Rebecca L. Herwick, President and CEO received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from McKendree University in Lebanon, IL. In 1983, she became partner in a motorcycle accessory distribution company. She soon decided to establish it as a manufacturing facility and was instrumentally involved in securing the Harley-Davidson® license. Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in the promotional products industry and ten years of distribution experience outside the United States. She demonstrates exceptional leadership through the expansion of Global Products international distribution capabilities through the addition of wholly owned subsidiaries located in Munich, Germany and Canada.
She is an avid motorcycle enthusiast who bought her first Harley® in college -- a 1976 Sportster®. Since then her passion for Harley-Davidson® and the lifestyle have only grown. Rebecca promotes the AMA Flat Track Series through sponsorship of Nichole Cheza. Socially, Rebecca Herwick is a self-described rebel who is open and enjoys all people. She is a proud mother of two adult sons, James Dean and John David. She recently has enrolled in Harvard University to further her knowledge of the global marketing strategy.

James Stratman, Co-owner and current employee, obtained his degree in International Management from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. James grew up in St. Louis, MO and continued the same two wheeled enthusiasm that his mother and father enjoyed. He raced motorcycles in sanctioned motocross and flat track leagues during his adolescence and is still an avid rider to this day. James spent his time in college traveling and studying abroad in multiple countries. Now after graduation he works in the sales department of Global Products to continue the family owned business. James would describe himself as the outgoing and extroverted.

John Stratman, Co-owner and current student, is majoring in Marketing at Missouri State University. He too has been a lifelong motorcycle rider. John anticipates a move to Japan in the next year to continue his studies internationally. John has always considered himself the more defiant son but has always excelled academically. John plans on graduating in 2012 and looks forward to his future at Global Products and the challenges that come with it.
